EAP & Work-Life Services

CBX Solutions offers all associates and their household family members access to a confidential, complimentary Employee Assistance Program through MYgroup (administered by McLaughlin Young).

The EAP is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Employees and their household family members are eligible for up to eight free, in-person or virtual counseling sessions, per issue, per year.

In additional, the EAP includes, but is not limited to, the following services:

Work-life solutions such as finding childcare, hire movers, locating pet care
Legal guidance including a free 30 minute consultation and 25% fee reduction
Financial resources to assist with questions about retirement, taxes, mortgage and more
Help for new parents preparing for the baby emotionally and financially, back-to-work issues, etc.
Free online will preparation
Savings Center with discounts on Travel, Movies, Amusement Parks, Gym Memberships and much more

How to Access the EAP MY Portal

Mygroup.com > click the LOGIN button in the top right corner > click the Login to MY Portal button

For first time logins, Click “Sign Up” on the login page. Use organization code: cbxeap and create an account with an email address and password of your choosing.

Anytime you login after creating your account, you will use the email address and password you set. The organization code is only needed when someone is logging in for the first time.
