Voluntary Benefits
Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage are available to you, your spouse, and your dependent children. However, employees must have coverage in order for their spouse and children to obtain coverage.
Voluntary Benefits are just that, voluntary. The costs for voluntary benefits are 100% paid by the employee. You do not have to be covered under CBX Solutions medical plan to enroll in these Voluntary Benefits.
Voluntary Accident Insurance

Accident Insurance is offered by CBX Solutions through Cigna. Accidental Injury coverage provides a cash benefit when a Covered Person suffers certain Injuries or undergoes a broad range of medical treatments or care resulting from a Covered Accident. This Accident Insurance plan provides 24-hour coverage and also includes a Wellness Benefit for all covered persons.

Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance
Protect your savings in case of a serious illness.
Critical Illness Insurance is provided by CBX Solutions through Cigna.
An illness can lead to unexpected costs not covered by your health plan. Deductibles and copays, or other costs like travel and child care can reduce your savings. Critical illness insurance provides a cash benefit when you or a person on your plan is diagnosed with a covered condition, like a heart attack or stroke. The benefit is paid directly to you, to use however you want. The Voluntary Critical Illness plan also includes one Wellness Benefit per year.

Voluntary Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Focus more on your recovery – and less on the expenses – if you have to go to the hospital.
If you have to stay in the hospital, Hospital Indemnity insurance provides cash payments directly to you, to help protect your finances from the costs you may incur from a hospital stay.
