Who is eligible and how to enroll:

• Newly hired associates may begin participating in the 401(k) on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Associates are 100% vested immediately and may choose among a wide range of investment options.
• Make the most of your savings by taking advantage of the company match. 
• CBX Solutions matches dollar for dollar on the first 2%, then $.50 cents on the dollar from 3-5%. If you put in 5% you will receive the full 3.5% employer match, for a total savings of 8.5%. This is truly FREE money, don’t miss your chance to receive it, all while saving for the future

To register your account:

• Enroll online with Fidelity. Go to www.401k.com to complete your enrollment, or you call and enroll over the phone at 866-697-1036. If it is your first time enrolling online, click on the link in the top right corner “Register as a New User.
