The CBX Solutions employees and dependents on our Medical plans will have access to a dedicated Nurse Advocate through Synergy Healthcare, to help you navigate what can be a confusing, frustrating and time-consuming process managing today’s Health Care System.
The Nurse Advocate, Susan Guerra, works independently of any insurance company or medical provider and can offer help and recommendations based on your individual situation. Susan’s objective is to improve your total health care experience – you are encouraged to engage with her, as she can help you.
She is available Monday through Thursday 9:00A to 6:00P EST and Friday 9:00A to 12:30P EST.
Assistance available to you for:
- Help you navigate the health care system
- Assist with insurance approvals or issues
- Find a Primary Care Provider or Specialist
- Help with provider bills
- Locate community resources for medical issues
- Assist with prescription drug questions or problems
- Answer medical questions
- Provide support while you’re accessing care
