Eligibility
You are eligible for benefits if you are an employee of CBX Solutions and work at least 30 hours per week.
You may also enroll your eligible dependents in many of the same plans you choose for yourself. Eligible dependents include:
- Your legal spouse
- Your natural, adopted, stepchild, or child for whom you have legal guardianship, up to age 26
- Your disabled child over the age of 26 for whom you have legal guardianship
Coverage for all benefits will end on the associate’s last day of employment with CBX Solutions.
New Employees
For new hires, coverage is effective on the first day of the month following 30 days of full time employment. Associates who terminate both voluntarily and involuntarily from CBX Solutions and return within 12 calendar months of their termination date will not be required to follow the waiting period and will be eligible for benefits immediately on their new hire date.
